Cape Cod's Chez Sven
The Cape Cod weekend has that seductive, wholesome appeal: a saltbox close to the water, oysters for lunch, and long walks after dinner. That's the fantasy that inspired Sven Rudstrom and Sandy Grabbe to open Chez Sven, a low-key B&B with an eco twist. The sheets are organic, the trash is composted, and breakfast includes fresh-baked bread and yogurt made by Sandy. But it's less hippie-chic than classic New England. After all, this is Wellfleet, where they've been doing back-to-the-land for hundreds of years.
